The Cox Family Enterprise Center and Coles College of Business distinguished faculty members are dedicated, accessible and prepared to make an immediate impact on your business, your family and yourself. Known for their real-world, family business insights, this team has worked on virtually every major challenge facing family businesses today. Their depth of expertise is cited and published worldwide and their visions will challenge your assumptions and prepare you to leverage best practices. Together we have seamlessly integrated family business insights throughout the world-class, managerial level MBA curriculum.  Spanning broad MBA topics such as marketing, governance, operations, finance, strategy and risk management, the wealth of knowledge is apparent in the integrated curriculum. These insights are not just put aside for the classroom, you can call on your professors while in the program, and as an alumni, to gain family business insights.
 
Custom Case Studies
Through custom case studies we use classmates and other family businesses to provide real examples for learning with instant application. The program schedule and global class locations permit this real world, experiential practice. Each class residency lasts 5 days, every other month, over 18 months with distance learning in between class sessions. Students come to the Executive MBA for Families in Business with a considerable amount of management and leadership experience. The Cox Family Enterprise Center at Coles College of Business takes these leaders to the next level through robust and authentic leadership enhancement.  Moving beyond leadership basics, the program works collaboratively with students to help them understand their innate gifts and talents and maximize what they discover in their work environment. By combining real-time content with program long opportunity, students hone their leadership style to become the most impactful leader they can be, simply by being their very best self.  Beyond the family business, students will understand how to use their innate gifts, talents and abilities for family, relationships, and self.
